Founded in Los Angeles, California, Phonodelic started as a means to clear out our owner’s 5,000 piece record collection (he was a DJ, hip hop producer & sampling freak). From 2011 to 2014, eBay was used as our sole online storefront. Since 2011, we’ve sustained a “Top Rated Plus” status (eBay’s highest seller rating) and sold over 8,000 records while maintaining 100% positive feedback.
In 2015, we set out to become the #1 record store on Instagram and developed a “comment to buy” purchase model that allowed users to enjoy the perks of their feed plus provide a convenient shopping experience – to purchase new additions for their record collection without the hassle of leaving the Instagram app.
The Phonodelic online store offers a wide selection of records – from popular artists to the most obscure in all genres. We are lifelong vinyl collectors, excited to share great music with the vinyl community and new enthusiasts.
